Please wear your mask from home when you're entering and exiting our office.

One of our team members will take your temperature. Any patient with a fever above 100.4 will need to reschedule their appointment.

Please call us when you arrive onsite

(860-236-6888). The front desk will have a short series of screening questions and let you know when we are ready for you.

If possible, please have just the patient come in by themselves. We are trying to
keep the number of people in the office as low as possible.
